Executive Leadership & Transformation

Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Your product is growing, but priorities and processes are becoming increasingly complex? As CPO, I bring structure, strategic clarity and focus to your product management.

Many companies invest significant resources in digital products and platforms — yet results still fall short of expectations. The reason is rarely the technology itself, but rather a lack of product strategy, unclear priorities or poor alignment between business, product, UX and engineering.

As Chief Product Officer, I take responsibility at executive level: as a sparring partner for management and founders, or as an operational product leader — with the goal of aligning products strategically and building high-performing product organizations.

What Companies Ask Me First

Do we need a CPO if we already have a Head of Product?

Very often, yes. A Head of Product usually leads a team or product area — a CPO brings product strategy together at company level and negotiates priorities directly with executive management.

How quickly does impact become visible?

Initial structural improvements typically become visible within the first 60 days. A visible pilot project with measurable impact is usually delivered toward the end of the first 90 days.

How is this different from traditional management consulting?

Consulting delivers recommendations. I take on leadership responsibility within the company itself — with a seat at the decision-making table and accountability to executive management.

How is the collaboration organized?

Depending on the need, as a time-limited mandate, ongoing support with reduced hours, or as an advisor alongside executive management. We clarify the setup in the first conversation.

Typical Engagements

CPO

Taking full product responsibility with leadership accountability.

CPO Sparring

Regular strategic support as a sparring partner for product decisions.

Product Advisory

Sparring partner for founders, executive management and product leaders.

Product Transformation

Realigning existing product organizations, teams and platforms.
